Whoa, I hardly ever meet anyone who knows who Queen is. I FRICKIN' LOVE them! I love how they can just switch from different styles of music but still keep that smae rock resonance. They're ability to do different types of music is amazing. I love Queen!

Queen is good, but Freddie Mercury's voice can get abrasive after awhile. But that could be just me and my sensitive ears.
I usually listen to easy listening kinds of music, stuff that isn't too hard, but that isn't poppish or too mellow. Barry Manilow is about as mellow as I go, and the heaviest band that I like is Rammstein.

Freddy Mercury's voice has never annoyed me, but I suppose it's just a manner of personal taste.
I think the mellowest I go is probably Gregorain Chanting or Aqualung, and the heaviest would probably be some Rob Zombie.

Yeah.
And it could also be that the longest I've ever listened to Queen was a three hour car ride with my friend and her little siblings, and they were shrieking out the words to all the songs.
But I like Queen, I just can't listen to it for a long time.

I like a bitta Journey. And you said you were a fan of Bad Religion... I like them up to Stranger than Fiction, and a few songs off The Grey Race. I actually saw them in November, still play a tight set even as 40-year-olds. They played a bunch of old songs which I was glad about.
What I listen to most of the time...lots of variants of punk, not emo, haha. Well emo as in Rites of Spring and Fugazi sometimes but...not standard 2003-2006 "emo".
my favourite genre at the moment is possibly folk-punk...I like a lot of riot-folk stuff, and a lot of plan-it-x. and 80s hardcore is always a favourite because of the energy. Bands like DOA, Black Flag, Regan Youth, etc.
The New York Dolls are pretty great too. I'm actually getting into 70s punk a lot, lots of Thunders, lots of Richard Hell.
