He killed the first girl he had ever kissed It was few months after he had slept with Sabine, in the morning light she had looked so brittle He had to burn away her sorrow sleeping behind her chest By the sunset he painted all shadows red and her skin was even paler than ever before
So came the dark-skinned girl not older than sixteen with sorrows from a nation deceived so badly by men and her own tears of young age; the lack of dignity in teenage boys As a man he explained the concept of perpetual love
Then he had to meet her, his Maria, again that unforgettable love the innocent virgin with ocean blue-eyes Because a gentleman like him could not stand her heart broken
So he painted her stomach that colour of love When she laid pale on his bathroom floor he kissed her mouth and combed her hair The perfect lover and a virgin bride
It must be agreed he was one of those few That could not ever break his darlings’ hearts No, he was a real hero, loved them all Til their dying day

oops.. seems I spelled floor "for" in the 4th stanza... also a question.. is it clear that the murder of the "first girl he ever kissed" is not the one described in the first stanza but in the 3rd and 4th??? sometimes i wonder if people get that wrong? cos the first stanza just descrbes his first murder, Sabine..
