If wishes were horses
Beggars would ride
Into the brilliant sunset
With the damsel
And a kiss still plastered on the lips
If wishes were horses
You’d be here
Not enduring me into seclusion
Of heart and mind
Justify me
To this banal existence
For I am lost here

For I am just your BeggarQueen

And be equal to a crown
Shining from within
In sweet humanity

Wooo. That was sweet. And I mean sweet as in like, cool, not like ahhh, how sweet. you know what i mean? anyways, I really like this it's very passionate, and the last stanza seems fine to me, but I'm a crap critiquer,(critiquer? is that a word?) but ANYWAYS, great job, like usual, and out of curiosity have you ever read The Beggar Queen? It's a kick butt book in a Lloyd Alexander series, but yeah anyways good job.
