Hidden, lost in black and gray. Haunted, by a shade, of what was before but isn’t now, can’t remember anyhow.
Shades part, more frightening than them, it what I might see, what might have been, but it’s gone again.
Truth, don’t want revealed, but can no longer stay, protected by black and gray, shades, of what I knew.
Over, slowly is the light, being taken, feelings shaken, cannot forgive, but it’s like, not forgiving me, killing me, if you die, I don’t live.
Winter, in my soul, past all control, no longer hidden, but shadowed, by a thousand shades of restless, of pain, by a thousand shades of darkness in my soul.

I have nothing else to do, so I'll post on my own poetry a couple times. That way, i'll gain more points towards being a stable citizen instead of just one of us. God, i love this site. it gives me something to do. if ur reading this, please reply. I'm really nervous about my poetry, because my parents like it. ugh. don't you just love the word ugh? i do. my friend Brenna always says ugh. it's funny.

This is beautiful. I can totally relate, and I like the setup you have for it too, how its not just the boring old "hm...what rhymes with 'them'?? I'll just post something completely random!" -a lot of novice writers seem to do that and it just bugs me...a lot.
Its descriptive and deep and even a little dark. My style exactly. I love it.

I really like this because it's different than what you usually write (well, what you usually post) it's a little bit dark, but a lot of originality.

wow, you have an art for rambling... yep, I like saying uggh, and bleh, and bah, and pah, and pish... *blathers on for eternity* sorry, I know I haven't commented on your poem, but I didn't know what to say, so I just randomly rambled... ah well
