Grandad

On frosty, sleepless nights

I hope you're keeping Granny safe
Since she died
You always kept that photo of her
By your bedside
Now it rests next to me

I hope you're proud of me, Grandad
You should know, I'm proud of you

I hope you're in a better place
Now you've left these living ways

I know you love me, Grandad
I hear the silent breeze
Whispering
'I love you, too'

hehe, no worries!!!!!!! i didn't take it at all rudely!!!

I know myself the one i wrote about my grandmother wasn't very good... i was upset the day i wrote it cos it was her memorial of ten years... i couldn't realli concentrate on what i was writing, i know it will never be very good poem, but i will find time to edit it!!
