-Claps hands- YAY! A roleplay board!
[shadow=red,left,300]Tainted was what her name reflected..Tainted. Nothing about her was pure, both physically and mentally. She was not quite demon, but had some...fairy...blood in her, her skin was off white, tough, but she had black wings sprouting from her back. Her hair was down to her shoulders, extremly fine and looked about as dusty and colourful as coal. Her eyes were her most atteactive feature, extremely large and purple, with long eyelashes surrounding them. She could ike quite pretty, if she bothered to clean up. Instead she wore long black capes and gambled/traded illegaly in bars..such as this one.[/shadow]

The door opened to admit a tall vampire of the Clan Sunwalker. They were also known as the 'Daystalkers,' and were the only clan that had the ability to withstand the deadly solar rays that the mother of Earth gave off. (They could go blind, though, which is why they always wore dark, dark sunglasses during the day.) His name was Roequac du Laret, and his birthday was today-his 527th birthday. It was the 500th anniversary of his becoming a vampire-he had been bitten and turned on his 27th birthday. Roequac was 6 feet tall, pale (a normal-almost expected-characteristic of every vampire), and had bright, disconterting yellow eyes-not very normal for vampires. Their eyes usually retained their color from when they were alive, only with more light. But Roequac was different-his eyes had turned into yellow orbs. He walked up to the bar, and said, "A liter of blood, please. Mix it with wormwood, please."

(a carry on from my description) most attractive feature. She was a wat-to-be star, but she never had the right oppertunity, so she currently was involved with the mafia-much to her family's shame.

He got his order, and slurped it down in two gulps. He sighed, then sniffed, taking in the many different stenches of the demons around him-then he caught the scent of a human/fairy/maybe demon. A girl. 20's. Down the bar. He caught the scent of metal-they might have been piercings, but then... who had piercings made of the same metal as firearms? Roequac's ancient reflexes were still sharp, but his instincts told him to wait. She might be a vampire hunter, but then again, she might not be. He would have to wait and see. If she so much as pointed the weapon in his general direction, he would be four blocks away before she could pull the trigger.

She saw the man, not sure if he was looking at her, rattled her pair of dice in her hands. A sign that she was a gambler, at least she hoped that was the messae she got across-but as it slipped out of her hands, snake eyes appeared on the table.

Roequac saw the sign. Mmm... Gambler. Just like me, he thought. But when the snake eyes appeared on the table, he almost bolted-but with an iron will built up over the years, he remained in his seat, but still tense, coiled like a predator ready to spring.
