Please Help Me Finish This

Okay so me and my best friend are writing this song for our 'graduation' (From elementary to high school). We have barely anything and we'd like to finish it. We kind of want to write it about friendship and stuff, so if you could, please help us!
This is what we have so far:


This was our second home
From Kindergarten to Grade 7
Friends we've made
And friends we've lost.

Teacher to teacher
Were still together
Forever.

Sharing secrets
With the one we trusted
Didn't know if they were rumours
till my best friend told me.

Doing homework and getting mad
Because I couldn't speak the right language.
Being weird and acting crazy
And getting looks from people
Who just don't understand us.

I hope one of you can help up, because your all such amazing writers, please if you have any suggestions on how to make it better, or if you have anything to add, please tell me.

I actually like this the way it is, it's cute but it has a level that's deepr than just "cute." And I can relate to it, especially the last three lines in teh fourth stanza. Anyway, I'm not sure if I can help with this one, because it seems like it's something pretty personal to you. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful.

i'm not too great with the whole song writing thing, but i think it's just fine the way it is. ramona's right. it's a personal thing, and that makes it wonderful.
