Craig Lebowitz was tired of putting up with his parents' shit. His mother was an alcoholic, his father never spent any time at home. Finally, sick of it all, at 18, he was leaving. All his stuff had been packed into two suitcases. He had contacted a friend-Carolyn Summers.-and was waiting for pickup. First, a big bang road trip. Then afterwards, who knew? Life happens.

He gave the small tube of red liquid to his Science Officer, ordering, "Analyze this. Find out who this Angel is."
(Just say the Medical Officer did a routine examination. You know, like a full physical checkup. Haven't you ever had one of those before?)
Garroud went to his quarters.

"Ah, I see." He led her to the Medical Room for examination. "To see if you need any vaccination or inoculations," he replied, simply. He stabbed a needle into her arm and drew out a thin layer of blood, then turned to let the Medical Officer conduct the phys exam. He walked out, leaving Angel behind in the room.

Garroud took off, then replied, "Sathonii Barbarians. The Alliance has a city down there, Su'Fek, but it's mostly Crichanthans, and they're still building it. They should be done with primary operations in two weeks, then they'll start exploring." He piloted the bladejet and docked in the hangar, getting out. "My name's Garroud Xiblenc. I'm the captain of this ship, the Tessarax." He waited for her to introduce herself.

A shot fired from his gun, and a tree was splattered with green blood-Sathonii blood. He grabbed Angel's arms and nearly dragged her at a run, leaving her standing on the ground as he took a flying leap and landed in the cockpit of his bladejet. "What are you waiting for?!" He yelled, "Get in!" More green blood splatted onto a tree-smoke roze from the muzzle of his gun.

Garroud stepped out of the bushes. "I'm here! I noticed your signature, saw you were in trouble. This place is teeming with hostiles. Come on, let's get back to my ship."

As Garroud piloted past Sathon IV, the satellites orbiting it answered their programming and automatically beamed a map to the ships computer and was displayed on one of the screens, Garroud looked at it, nodded, then switched it off. He continued to orbit Sathon IV (He needed to change the angle of his flight) then he realized something and switched the map back on. "The hell...?" he whispered. He zoomed in on the woods near Su'Fek City. There was a green dot, which meant it was a citizen of the Alliance-but it was surrouned by at least 25 individual red dots, rapidly closing in on the green dot. You don't need to be told what that meant, and Garroud shouted to Beuth'Faar, his shipmate, a Zunebar from Quutos III, "Beuth, prep the bladejet. I'm gonna check out that situation down thre."

Garroud Xiblenc was from Terra. He had short, cropped blonde hair and clear white eyes. (Really, they were grey, but it was so light most people said they were white.) He was 24, and he had run away from the army. Now he was a bounty hunter-an illegal one. Currently, he was on the hunt for a certain Rayagi Sunderek, a Drishinothian from Katarneki.

High in the Naskrearda Mountain range, the Tarratal River was born. It flowed down from Mount Elskrik, through the Drummreannar Plains and the Lalkrean Forest, and finally divided into the Sintervrik (to the East) and the Arclarvrik (to the West) which both ran into the Bay of Nuscerry. Anyway, about two miles from the Arclarvrik's ending, sited near the Yto Forest and the Salkan Mines, was the capital of Kyunkush-the city of Zuzendzu. In the eastern section-the section which contained the living quarters for the 'nonhumans' (The humans were heavily racist against any other race except for the elves and dwarves.) Thierry Einon-Tzur lived in Block 42, Rooms 32. He was an Ilkerzi; A race of people who came from the Enfarn Hills-it was rumored that the Ilkerzi had only one village, called Dureil-Arzeth'Kalanserrion. The Ilkerzi had four arms and were a bipedal race of beings. They were blue, and the only place where they had another color was 'down there' and their eyes. Their eyes were a bright, bright orange-shaped like a human's, but with orange irises. Thierry stepped out of his Rooms and locked the door, then went downstairs and out to the street, and entered the Devil's Horn, a popular bar.

Beelzebub whooshed in front of Ryan, and parried Scythem's blow. "Too bad, Scythem, you're not getting this one today!" he shouted, throwing Scythem back to the ground.

"You'll know what to do. When in combat, the users of Taminskrere always go into a trance-state and emerge from battle unharmed," said Beelzebub. He had materialized once more near Evans, with a pair of twin-blades forged with gauntlets. They were about a foot long each, and had many points.

"Run where?!" shouted Beelzebub, as he finally released the time-freeze. The hunters moved towards the pair with a preternatural speed incapable of any creature of this world. Just as their demise was evident Beelzebub suddenly multiplied himself and killed the hunter whose sword was at his neck. The other clones fled into the original Beelzebub, who picked up the sword and was now facing the other hunters, who had stopped in fear.
