dedicated to my dearest rhylin
you seem so far off, beloved. you finally have your pony, and i no longer see you over the horizon.
distant and disconnected, dear. the Bloody Mary is all yours. i can't reach you on uncharted lands.
over and beyond, love. the sky beckoned you. blasted sun hurts my eyes.
childhood memories are all that's left. the glue for our relationship. darling, it's growing weary and old.
you've shot off into a new world, and i'm so very proud of you. yet at the same time, i mourn your departure.
others greet your winning personality. oh, they have no idea how lucky they are; no idea the pain it brings.
to see you share the saddle and have a first mate, with me on the launch pad and you two in the air tears me to bits.
i miss my beloved, my dear darling girl. my best friend
people forget the past, love. but i will always remember.

the only part that seems out of place is "bloody mary". it doesn't seem to have any connection, maybe if you described it more. otherwise, this is a beautiful, touching poem. and i love you so much, cindy. you will always be my sister no matter how much time we spend together. i promise. you will always be my best friend.

sveet. very, touching poem. actually I really liked the Bloody Mary part it stigma'd some interesting things. 1. seances in the girl's bathroom at school when I was 10, with some friends trying to pull the bloody mary trick. 2. South Pacific and the character of Bloody Mary. The pony part was cute.

i was trying to remember the one of spongebob but i couldn't! you know, the glowing green one with the ship floating above spongebob's house? and then they go on that treasure hunt with mr. krabs, but the map is actually the board game and they think he's gone crazy, but it's actually true and they find the treasure and the ghost acts mad so krabs blames spongebob and patrick but they get rewarded by the ghost with some dubloons then krabs wants some but he gets some cheep plastic instead.
*sigh* what was his name? could i use that?

Very cute. It was kind of generic in the thought structure of it, but you added in a special mixture of your own, so it was cool.
As Charlie's teacher would say: "No, certainly not, this is for very big warts!"
This would really be a tearjerker for somebody who was familiar with all the childhood cults that you shared.
