"Darkness"

I have no idea.... I just spinned up a little writing off the top of my head.. I dont know if its a poem or a song.. lol.. anyways..

"Darkness"

Darkness was there
it brought horrors to my mind
the voices i heard in my head
it just kills me

Darkness was here
all was dark
nothing to see at all
the shadows i see faintly
it just kills me

Darkness was away
when the light shone
everything i can hear and see
It just kills me

Darkness was coming
darkness will surround me
everynight it does
every voices and shadows i hear and see
it just kills me

A little bit cliche...I think it's more of a poem than a song, too.
I thought it was neat how you repeated the "it just kills me" at the end of every stanza... I think you could probably fix it up a bit more though with imagery and stuff.
