This was written while thinking about someone who I had more of a crush on 'cause she was so gorgeous, but who I never really saw myself with. Y'all know how it is. I'm not real sure about the title, but it seems fitting for right the time being. Anyway, it's kind of an idealist poem, and I tried to convey the feeling of a kodachrome picture. Constructive criticism welcome! ----- “I like where you sleep, when you sleep next to me. I like where we are.
Here.” -“Here (In Your Arms)” by Hellogoodbye
I look at things through sun-golden glasses people say I’m different and I am
your hair lays out on the grass in intricate patterns like constellations you look at things like I’ve never seen them people say you’re different and you are
my finger finds its way to a lock of your hair beautiful tendril it twirls
I notice the white lace against your brown skin contrast the earth is warm but your mouth is warmer

i like just the description throughout and the way you put words together to make this near tangible image.
i think the only thing that i don't like so much is the second to last stanza. it just feels a little out of place to me as compared to everything else written.
